Cheats mango ricepaper mochi 🥭
Ingredients
For the Cheats Mango Ricepaper Mochi:
- 7 rice paper sheets
- 5 tbsp Chobani low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Dymatize ISO100 vanilla protein powder
- Fresh mango, sliced (about 21 slices total)
Steps for Making
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy
- Dip one rice paper sheet into water briefly until just softened
- Place the softened rice paper on a flat surface
- Add a tbsp of the yogurt-protein mixture to the centre
- Place 3 thin mango slices on top
- Add a little more of the yogurt mixture over the mango
- Fold and seal the rice paper into a parcel
- Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets
- Place all parcels in the freezer until firm and chilled
- Enjoy straight from the freezer
